Medical Marijuana Consultation Policy
Effective December 1, 2015

In efforts to provide the best patient care to our primary care patients, we have determined a  strong need to change our policy on how we conduct medical marijuana consultations to non-primary care patients. Due to an increased volume of consultation requests, effective immediately, Be Well My Friend LLC will be offering group classes to patients who have not yet established care with one of our providers.  You will need to meet the requirements in order to obtain a medical marijuana certification.  For more information about those requirements please click here.  For more information about class times please call our office at 1-855-239-3556.

Stephen Goldbas is a doctor, dancer and an incredible teacher who has devoted his career to traditional hands-on treatment to work with the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.

Dr. Goldbas is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and brings over 20 years of clinical practice and experience to the integrative practice of Be Well My Friend, LLC.  His career long study and practice of osteopathy in the cranial field has helped many patients recover from acute and chronic conditions.

The Healing Nature of Acupuncture
Chinese Medicine is based upon the foundation that health is the unobstructed flow of energy or qi, through pathways known as meridians. This flow of qi protects, nourishes and sustains the organ systems. Disease occurs when there is an imbalance or depletion of the vital energy. The gentle insertion of acupuncture needles in specific points along the meridians, influences, directs and balances the flow of energy, allowing the process of healing to take place naturally.

Ellen brings to her acupuncture practice a love for the uniqueness of people, an appreciation for the beauty of the human body and a respect for the resilience of the human spirit. The foundation of her practice is based on her ability to listen, to clearly communicate and to bridge natural and allopathic medicine. Treatment is designed to meet the needs of each unique individual whether those needs are preventative or specific to the treatment of acute or chronic illness or injury.

Her style of acupuncture addresses the mind, body and spirit in addition to the presenting symptoms in order to restore health and well being.  Ellen is excitedly accepting new patients and you can call us at either office to schedule your appointment today!
